Walsh swam to three Pan Am golds in 2019. On day two, Walsh won her first major international gold, winning the 200 back in 2:08.30, ahead of American Isabelle Stadden. She won a gold medal in the 4200 free relays in 1:58.27. This time it was Meghan Small who beat Walsh 2:11.24 to 2:11.36 in the 200 IM on day 5.
