Fred Rogers was born on March 20, 1928 in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, United States. He was born as Fred McFeely Rogers, but best known as Fred Rogers. His father name is James, James was “a very successful businessman”[10] who was president of the McFeely Brick Company, one of Latrobe’s largest businesses and his mother name is Nancy Rogers was an entrepreneur. Rogers earned his bachelor’s degree in music composition at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida in 1951. After graduation he was hired by NBC television in New York as an assistant producer for The Voice of Firestone and later as floor director for The Lucky Strike Hit Parade, The Kate Smith Hour, and the NBC Opera Theatre. Rogers played a role on the television show Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman in 1996. Educator who shared his TV neighborhood with generations of children on the television show Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood. Rogers married Sara Joanne Byrd in 1952, and the couple had two sons named James and John. Rogers death February 27, 2003 (Age: 74) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, U.S. (stomach cancer).
