She retired from her work in 1998. In 2005, she along with her husband opened the Leiber Museum. Furthermore, Jeffrey Sussman wrote a biography of Leiber and her husband titled ‘No Mere Bagatelles’. Currently, Judith Leiber boutiques are present in New Delhi, Jakarta, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur.
