Micah Christenson’s father’s name is Robert Christenson and his mother’s name is Charlene Christenson. His parents both attended the University of Hawaii at Hilo, where his father, Robert, played basketball and his mother, Charlene, won three volleyball national championships and was named a two-time All-American. His sister, Joanna, played volleyball at Southern Utah University.

Career
Micah Christenson professionally started playing volleyball in the year 2013 and for NORCECA Championship where he was honored as ‘Best Setter’ and ‘Best Server. In the same year (2013), he took participated in NORCECA Championship as a national team.
He also played ‘FIVB World League’ thrice once in 2014 and twice in 2015. He also played in National Championships including Italian Cup and the Italian Championship in 2016/2017. As of 2021, he signed a two-year contract to play in the Russian club, Zenit Kazan. Suffering only one loss in the entirety of the 2020 Russian SuperLeague in their first match against Dynamo Moscow, Kazan was able to win the first season of the Superleague.
