    She first rose to prominence when she finished runner-up on TV5’s Star Factor at the age of 14. On October 1, 2013, Amon confirmed her departure from TV5 and that Kapitan Awesome would mark her last project with the network. In 2012, Amon made her Broadway debut in the Repertory Philippines production of Disney’s Camp Rock.

    She recently competed on the first season of ABS-CBN’s The Voice of the Philippines, where became part of singer Sarah Geronimo’s team. More than the similar looks, Morissette and her coach Sarah G. have more in common than the eyes can see. Both coach and artist discovered her talents at an early age. Both competed in various singing competitions, in fact, Morissette once faced the young Sarah G. in another televised competition.
